Fees

  • Wood Storage: $700/month

  • Milling and Kiln Drying: $9.50/board foot

  • Milling only: $4/board foot or $750/day

  • Consultation: $150/hour

  • Delivery: Varies based on location

  • Wood pick-up: Varies based on location

Deposit & Final Payment

We require a 70% deposit upon agreement of initial product and design. Your final payment is due 2 weeks prior to scheduled delivery date. Payments can be made via check, cash, ACH bank transfer, or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 3.5% fee.

Lead-time

Our lead time changes throughout the year but is generally 8-12 weeks. Lead time begins once your deposit has been received; no design work will be done until your deposit has been paid.

Returns

All products are made to order and are not eligible for returns.
